Payment Methods & Options

We want to make the payment process as smooth and transparent as possible. Soundsuit supports a variety of reliable, secure, and compliant payment methods depending on your region and contract terms.

1. Card Payments

Corporate and personal credit cards issued by recognized networks are supported globally:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• American Express

Card payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant payment service providers. Your sensitive card data is never stored on Soundsuit servers.

2. Direct Debit (Region-Specific)

Direct debit payments are available in supported jurisdictions, subject to mandate approval:

• SEPA Direct Debit (European Union)

• BACS Direct Debit (United Kingdom)

• ACH Debit (United States)

Note: Direct debit arrangements require prior authorization and may not be available outside the regions listed above.

3. Bank Transfer & Invoice Settlement

Payment by bank transfer is accepted for enterprise and regulated customers:

• International Wire Transfer via SWIFT

• Payment Against Invoice: Based on agreed payment terms (e.g., Per Rechnung in DACH regions, Sur facture in France).

• French Public-Sector Organizations: Payment via Administrative Payment Order (Mandat Administratif), Electronic invoice submission through Chorus Pro, and Purchase Orders (Bons de Commande) referenced on invoices upon request.

Note: All bank charges, intermediary fees, and currency conversion costs (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

4. Alternative & Wallet Payment Methods (Where Available)

Certain local or wallet-based payment methods may be supported on a case-by-case basis, depending on customer location and banking setup:

• Apple Pay

• iDEAL (Netherlands)

Availability of these methods is subject to prior confirmation during checkout or account setup.

Regulatory & Contractual Notice

Payment method availability is subject to contractual agreement, internal compliance checks, and applicable local laws and regulations. Soundsuit reserves the right to restrict or modify available payment methods where required by regulatory, compliance, or risk considerations.
